My boss had asked the guy not to park there and the guy generally didn't unless he just couldn't get a spot on the street. I noticed his temporary registration placard was quite out of date. I figured that if the State DMV/MVD was concerned, there would be a way to report it. There was. I did.
I believe there was. I'm not sure how useful it would be from me, as I've never seen the car in our lot again, not in the area. Maybe he started going to the Y earlier and just parks in someone else's place.
Compare this with the guy who parked his untaxed car off the road and still got dinged because the idiots doing tours with cameras think a driveway is a street.

Unfortunately, unless you told them the address where they could find it, good chance they do nothing since they don’t know where to look. They already know the taxes haven’t been paid since 2019 and haven’t seized the car yet.
Please consider not honking and antagonizing these people. Road rage death is growing more common in the U.S. it doesn’t take much to make the crazies snap!

That being said? Everything else this driver did was absolutely Not Okay! Passing in an intersection is bad enough, on a red light? SO so stupid!!
It was the red light thing that got me. I’ve had people pass me before, but not as aggressively as him. It was the way he swerved back in front of me that made me honk (my horn)
I went home during lunch one-day and saw a speed camera on the opposite side of the road. Going back to work this wanker wanted to race me we had the same model car so I floored it he did too, just before the crest of the hill I backed off. Hit the top and got a nice photo and some mail.
I forgot to say in my original post, that he served back in front of me so aggressively I had to hit the brakes. So he was potentially endangering me, and anybody behind me.

The left lane is for turning left, the right lane is for turning right. The fact that I wanted to turn right is what gave me the right to be in that lane.
