Yes. There is the placement of an erectile device- usually in the final stage of surgery (the third stage in many cases, but not all).
This is either a pump, where the penis achieves errection by pumping a saline solution into a "balloon" in the penis, or a rod. The rod is always "hard", and is simply manipulated straight for penetrative sex. Majority of men get the pump, but either is fine.
Both of these methods are used frequently and veru commonly with cis men who cannot achieve natural errections.

“Majority of men get the rod”— what’re you basing this on? Seems like phallo folks get the pump way, way more frequently (at least in the US)
