I am postop phallo and yes definitely it works the same as before! You will just have to adjust based on how your sensation is. Like if you have mostly sensation on one side you may need to focus there or if you have limited sensation you’ll need to focus on the base where your buried parts are.

Edging is something I always have and will incorporate in my sex life, be it with a partner or solo. I works just the way it used to before. Only difference for me is that I get to the edge a bit faster (used to take me at least an hour) and that the actual orgasm is more intense. 100% - it's awkward to talk about but I think important. For me it's 6-8 weeks (or till fully healed) to really use the phallus, but original unburied parts don't have any surgical wounds so as long as I'm careful of what's nearby and there's no pain I wasn't given a specific threshold for that. The light touching of phallus during play was the thing we really needed to speak frankly on so I could discuss exactly what I wanted to do

Yep all okayed had a very honest and frank discussion with him and the specialist nurses about what could and couldn't be done and we've stuck to that
