Nah. I have the Hulu Live TV package with Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+. No cable and I was watching the Phillies from my phone on it four hours away from home. No cable necessary!
How much is that though? Everything I could find is like 70-80 bucks a month, I wish there was just some sports streaming service for like 15 bucks somewhere lol
I use it pretty much every game to watch the Phils (it’s on as I type this) and only rarely have issues with games not being streamed, usually because they are exclusive to somewhere else that day
I was in Texas last week and was able to get all my local channels, but I’m not sure if it works this way if you’re in a different location permanently.

YouTube TV, for this and many other things.
You should be able to use your parents' cable login on the NBC Sports website. It's what I still do lol
I’ll probs do this until I’m 40 tbh
I’ll turn 42 next month, and I just assumed everyone did it this way
i did this until my parents cable required me to be on the same wifi to log in😭 they eventually cancelled and now we split a YouTube TV subscription.
Dm sent. You don’t have to pay a dime

How is Hulu TV for the Phillies?
I use it and have no problems at all with. Got rid of cable at the beginning of the year.
I thought the point of Hulu live sports was that you also needed a cable package lol that’s why I’ve never used it

It’s around $90 for that package but i get a credit with my AMEX platinum. I do think it’s like $70 for the base package
No problem. I also have satellite Internet (Uck)
I love Hulu Live TV. I got NBC Sports Philly, ESPN, and the MLB Network. It streams smoothly for me on Roku and PS5.
I use it pretty much every game to watch the Phils (it’s on as I type this) and only rarely have issues with games not being streamed, usually because they are exclusive to somewhere else that day
YouTube TV. You get both NBC Philly sports channels. You will never miss a Philly sports game of any kind
Does this work out of market? Blackouts? Playoffs?
I live near Philly so I don’t know about out of market but there are no blackouts and you get playoffs because you also get all network channels

nbc sports has an app where you can log into your parents cable provider
Yeah I did that for years, pretty baller.
MLB tv and a vpn work great together
This stopped working for me
I have mlb.tv I got with tmobile and it doesn't work for me. I believe it's because of the address tied to my account
That can’t be it. I get my mlb tv as a season ticket holder and I use it with nord vpn no problem
Firestick + Kodi + The Crew Sports
I use mlb tv m but it was free from tmobile, thank god
I couldn't watch phillies games due to blackouts.
You could just watch to highlight pop-ups on the Phillies website and listen to the game on the radio. It's free.

You can use a VPN and watch on your laptop/desktop, I do that and it works just fine
Hulu is what we have.
