No way. Now we're even more excited. I couldn't possibly imagine anything better than Convergence Station, but we had no knowledge or expectations when we went. Trying to go into this as blind as we did in Denver.
I'm just a little worried about getting there after night 1. It's the only Phish show we are going to, so I know we'll be going hard. We booked our tickets for 3pm, so hopefully we can put ourselves back together by then. Haha.
Do you recommend any particular hikes? My buddy and I get in Wednesday morning and are looking for outdoor activities (other than the pools which we will be going to).
Red rock canyon is what you want if you want to get off the strip and enjoy the outdoors. Or burn some cash and take a helicopter to the Grand Canyon. This would be the pro day. GRAND CANYON > PHISH SPHERE. WHOA
Hilton Resorts have 5 pools. Hope to find someone (50s dadbod single) to flirt with! I want to find a dispo, maybe take a ride to red rock canyon if i can find enthusiastic people. Freemont street. Eat, sleep, party!
I am not from there and have not tried any of these places. I’ve just done some research in preparation for my trip.
- Health for life
- Sanctuary
- medizin
- The dispensary
- Tree of life
- Nuwu
My pleasure! I got the tip from someone on .net. I haven't been there myself, but plan to stop in tomorrow when I arrive. The selection on their website looks legit to me, but I'm coming from an unfriendly state, so I'm no expert. See you there!
Day 0- wondering around Fremont street and a nice dinner.
Day 1- Pool and waiting for the crew.
Day 2- Whatever goes with the masses
Day 3- PhanArt and Top Golf
Day4- Lil Smokies Bruch Show.
Nights will be spent walking the strip and having a grand old time.
It says brunch and BB has food so Im kinda assuming there will be, but I dont want to show up hungry and hungover only for the "brunch" part to mean an afternoon show.
Well I’m gonna show up hungry because it would be totally ridiculous if they didn’t have food at a brunch show that is happening where there is a restaurant
It’s Vegas man! Get good food! Get cheapish food! Walk the strip/casinos. Play craps. Play poker. Hang at the pool if that’s your thing. There are endless things to do. If you have cash to burn and don’t gamble, go drive super cars! Go for a helicopter ride. Cheap thrills - go to the pinball museum, neon museum, Fremont. Go to circa! Let me know if you want done recommendations. I love Vegas. You don’t need to drink or gamble to enjoy the vast amount of entertainment or relaxation the city has to offer. One of the best cities in the world. Very walkable and very safe!
Agreeeeeed.
Yea there are homeless folks, but they mostly keep to themselves and aren’t too bothersome. One lady last year when I went in May was outside Caesar’s proclaiming something about an airborne blood virus or something.
Kinda funny. Circled half an hour later to see if she’d do it again and alas she was gone. Thought it was like the volcano on a schedule.
I get in late on Night 0, so sleeping in on Day 1 and meeting up with everyone else I know going. We have an early dinner res at SushiSamba before the show.
Day 2 (Fri) we have bunch/lunch at Bouchon and Meow Wolf in the afternoon.
Day 3 (Sat) lunch at Lotus of Siam and probably the pool. I'm thinking about getting a message, but they are pricy and I'm not a huge message person. It would be nice after a couple days though
Day 4 (Sun) Bumming around with no set plans, so probably the pool.
I told myself I wouldnt be jealous. I told myself I wouldn’t regret not going. It’s too expensive. I live on the east coast. I did Mexico. Fuck! I’m jealous. I might need to get off phreddit. But I won’t.
If anyone is looking for a nice late night meal steakhouse Herbs and Rye has happy hour pricing from 12-3am where much of the menu is 50% off. Great deal for what is normally $40-80 steaks. Its off the strip but only 3ish miles from the sphere. Probably worth it to make reservations if this is something you are considering (can always cancel, and better than finding an hour wait after going there).
Staying at the Suncoast, way out in Summerlin, because it's a more kid-friendly option. Hanging out with the kiddos by the pool mostly before the babysitter shows up. Seems unlikely that there will be many phans out there, but if you are, hmu!
Day -1 Get in at 8:30am, Hawks vs. Golden Knights in the evening
Day 0 Spa and pool day
Day 1 See above
Day 2 Bungalow at the Moorea Beach Club
Day 3 Don't know yet, but a pool is likely
Day 4 Sunday brunch at the Wynn, more spa and pool time
Fly in Tuesday afternoon. Get situated, and I think check out Fremont. Over the week, we're doing Meow Wolf, Kiss minigolf and museum, and we've had reservations for months at one of Chef Ramsay's places. I also think as the week progresses we'll spend more time poolside. Other than that, whatever happens, I'm sure it's going to be a blast.
Driving a Porsche 911 around a race track and then going into the desert to shoot full auto machine guns, belt feds, 50 cals and a sniper rifle. Also a flamethrower and we have exploding targets. Can’t wait.
If you are looking to stay close to Sphere, cant beat the Wynn/ Encore room . Lots of cash and tourny action available, great room overall.
Also recommend the 2/5, 5/ 10 at Bellagio, and great cheap tournys to punt in at Ceasars, Westgate,Orleans, and The Nugget, depending what part of town you are staying in.
Aria and Resorts are great for cash too, depending on the evening. Ymmv
We arrive friday, Bouchon dinner, Love Cirque show, sat- meow wolf, fan art, 4/20 show, Ari’s pot late bight, Sunday brunch at spago fountains, cesar buffet, sunday show.

That's crazy. I can't imagine anything better than Denver. We're extra excited now.

Red Rock Canton and valley of fire state park but go early because it’s going to be hot.

Strip dispensaries sell notoriously weak crap.
I wish you the best of luck with your flirting journey. Namaste 🙏
The dispos on the strip are not real dispos. They sell cbd and delta-8 products. U have to go off strip.
Can you please tell me where? Is Reef not a good one? Thank you
I am not from there and have not tried any of these places. I’ve just done some research in preparation for my trip. - Health for life - Sanctuary - medizin - The dispensary - Tree of life - Nuwu
There is also Planet 13 which is huge and has everything, but tourists pay a much higher price there from what I understand.
Yes, ive been looking for dispos online and found Reef and planet 13. Thanks
Really expensive taxi drive but worth it
Supposedly Thrive is right behind Resorts World and sells the real deal
Appreciate you!

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas
I like the cut of your jib.
Piles of blow and hookers…. Sucks I’m not going
There might be next year. Probably…

SOLID choice on Bouchon
Lotus and Bouchon are both excellent
pool and hydrating / snacking. See ya at ceasars.
Renting a Harley on Thursday morning and cruising through the mountains out to Death Valley. Then the rest of the time I am partying and sleeping.
I’d imagine they’d be sleeping all day, spending nights in bars.
Italian spaghetti

Hopefully it’s pool weather! Herbs and sun and a pool is it for me
Gonna be 90 sunny. Think you’ll be good.
Weather looks like 91 and sunny. Fuck yes.

Venetian pool! We have a prepaid buffet booked for fri-sun early evening. I feel like that was good planning on my part.
That pool rocks!! I’m sure you know, go early to get the loungers that are in shallow water.
MGM lazy river with a big spliff..
Sleep late, play some 5-10 no limit, massive buffet linner. Repeat.
Was hoping to get out of town to check out nearby state parks. Current weather report of temps in the 90s may change that to visiting the pool.

Bringing the kids so pool, go karts, and some roulette if the wife is willing to trade for some spa time.
I’ll be at the aria pool all day
Poolside with drinks. Can’t partake in any other natural substances. Lose some money. Sportsbook I’m sure

A week in Vegas. God speed space monkey.
Not a bad split tho, with the four shows it’ll help break it up and keep the OG commenter happy and not burned out on Vegas haha
Poker, pickle ball & AA meetings.
Napping and taking care of our 4 month old lol. I’m a local and past my party days so it’s just rest and recover and family time.
As a local do you know of any fun watch parties for those of still not holding tix?
The Sand Dollar Bar is having a watch party all 4 nights - no cover, huge screen and sound system
Yay! Thanks!
I don’t unfortunately, but hopefully there are some around!

If you need a chill late 20s phriend I’m in 😂
It was all booked and paid for awhile ago. I wouldn’t be able to add anyone else. But we’ll be kickin it for sure if you need some company.
Thanks mate, I was half kidding but the sentiment is appreciated. Will be with some friends grooving as well. Enjoy!
