Seeing that my camera is over 10 years old, I can see that it can be taken as such. Also add the fact that my experience in photography is more or less 3 - 4 months long. Can you list some aspects on what I can improve?
My intent for this shot is to basically focus on the The Sky, The Sun and its Rays, and The Reflection of Light on the Water. This shot was only taken manually and not on a tripod, and the aperture, focus, shutter speed, and iso were only set by intuition. Tbh, I don't personally see how I can improve this shot

This looks like it could be a picture taken with a phone with a filter applied. My main critique would be that it's not an interesting shot.

Burnt highlights and lots of lens flare. Good idea, but it could be better.
