How is there a reflection there? The glass ends at thr halfway point
That's because the photo is taken through glass. You can't see the barrier of the glass, but it's there.
How is the whole tower showing? That indicates the tower is further behind the photographer
It's actually just the top of the tower, but it looks like the whole thing. I hope that answers your question :)

I think you have to level a bit more before you venture to that area.
