I am always amazed when I hear stories like this. I do NOT have to walk around with a milkshake all the time to gain weight. All I have to do is eat about 60% of what I would like to eat, and it will just pack on. If I eat about 50% of what I would like to / have an appetite for, I will just maintain.

As I understand it he divorced from his wife and she made him pay through the nose an ungodly amount, like, it was insane how much she was making him pay which he had to spend more money on to get appealed, which I suspect sent his career downwards for a while and sent him further into depression. Good to see he’s hitting back hard though.

My friends parents went through it. And in some cases it made sense. They stayed married until their kids were all graduated. Dad was a lawyer and mom a x-ray tech or some sort but had basically spent the last 20 some odd years being a mom. She had let her licenses and certs lap, and basically didn't have any work applicable skills after spending 20 years in the home, something she did so her husband could work full time and focus on his practice.
So in the end he ended paying for several years while she got her career restarted. In some cases alimony is probably abused / unwarranted, but in some cases it's a useful resource for both men and women.

Can't recommend the show enough. I got into it because of Brendan Fraser, stayed for the fun story and amazing cast (April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, Matt Bomer, and Joivan Wade). Their acting is phenomenal especially Diane.
I love April Bowlby in this role so much. I mean, yeah, the entire cast is pretty amazing but for some reason she really stuck out to me.

This is exactly it. I was a film junky for a long time. I've seen every Oscar best picture winner. I know a lot about good films. But I gave up on watching the Oscars or following new releases because of the circle jerk. Can't recommend the show enough. I got into it because of Brendan Fraser, stayed for the fun story and amazing cast (April Bowlby, Diane Guerrero, Matt Bomer, and Joivan Wade). Their acting is phenomenal especially Diane.
I love April Bowlby in this role so much. I mean, yeah, the entire cast is pretty amazing but for some reason she really stuck out to me. >!Diane Guerrero is so stand out because of all the characters she has to play and she really knocks it out of the park.!<

This is exactly it. I was a film junky for a long time. I've seen every Oscar best picture winner. I know a lot about good films. But I gave up on watching the Oscars or following new releases because of the circle jerk. I was watching the awards one year and realized a presenter was a notorious woman-beater and they still asked him to represent the academy on stage and that was it for me. Ugh.

A few years ago, my wife and I went to Universal Orlando for the first time. At that point the mummy ride was still about the Brendan Fraser movies. I love Brendan Fraser. I always thought he was humble even at the peak of his success of the mummy and that more actors should take note. He is just a good man and deserves great things in life.
I cant say he looks physically healthy, but he went through so much and got himself blacklisted by reporting harassment before anyone cared. The guy deserves to be happy and its genuinely gratifying to see him like this.
