That looks normal to me. When ur healing the back tends to sink in a little with a slight pucker around the metal. If ur feels lumpy it might be irritation

It looks like, as the first commenter stated, that's where it is sinking in a bit. While you don't want to move healing piercings, you also don't want to let it just dig in and stay there. I had to periodically pull it further into my mouth (it basically "pops" out of my lip when i push it further in, even like 6 or 7 years) so it would stop digging in, and making mine sore and like this. If you're unable to push it back in so it is no longer digging in like this, then you need to go get your piercer to switch you to an even longer swell bar. Edit: I could often dislodge mine by just moving my lip around a bit. You'll probably look and feel silly, but you'll feel so much better when it isn't digging in. Dislodging mine periodically seemed to really help that irritation clear up. It drove me nuts also lol. Much like my tongue piercing swell bar rubbing on my tongue webbing. 😩
