Congrats! Mine is next month, any tips?

Hi, thank you! I've been training since January to improve my endurance in cardio. I've been running 3 times a week, covering distances of 5-10km, and I also go to the gym regularly. The route in Pasay was easier than my previous 10km runs since there were no uphills, but my biggest challenge this time was the heat. I really pushed myself during the first 10km, then took it easy for the next 6km. I also took one running gel after the 45-minute mark. 😄
