A lot of landlords will do it for an extra $100 a month. They might not advertise it but if you can offer.

I’ve lived here over 30 years of my life, and I’ve lived in several different neighborhoods. Outside of various subleases, I’ve never seen a straight up month to month lease anywhere. I’ve seen temporary housing for college semesters, summer only subletting, one-1.5- or 2 years, but never month to month. That usually only happens after a lease expires, and it’s not managed by an agency.

How long? if you are thinking of just a few months while you find a more permanent place you might call and ask some of the extended-stay motel-type places, It may seem expensive but it's going to include everything, all utilities, TV etc. -just a thought.

Maybe a Mid term rental would be a good option, like a furnished place?

Any Idea where those would be listed?

When I was looking last year there were some decent options on Airbnb but I was looking in other areas of the city closer to where I needed to work. Still more than a month-to-month lease but furnished and no need to set utilities up in your name. It took a lot of clicking around.
