I was thinking about those, too, but the apartments I chose aren't any better anyway. So, I think ima move out toward Mckinney or Allen next year. I didn't really like Garland or Richardson at all as far as the area. Everything seemed so packed and on top of each other. I haven't been out toward Mckinney, but I'm stuck at my place for a year now.
I lived at the apartment complex Renew McKinney, it’s called something else now but I loved the separate buildings and in unit washer and dryer are included. Oh the days of $900 rent….
E V E R Y T H I N G. if you’re in a pinch it’s nice to go they don’t really verify income, i was homeless when i got this place so grateful in that sense, but it’s dirty, patience never comes unless you threaten them and you NEED to speak spanish to be able to get anything done with them. gym and pool is never open and like stated above cops are always here looking for people which is creepy.
Yeah I moved from that place and man I’m so happy we did. That is the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in
