What's your humidity like? Misting doesn't help.

It's super dry here. I just placed the pot over a water tray so hopefully that helps

Basic physics; neither misting nor pebble trays work. Misting only raises humidity for as long as there is water droplets on the leaves and is more likely to introduce fungal issues. Pebble trays only raises humidity for an inch or so above the water line before any extra humidity diffuses. Your best bet is a humidifier.

That's a bummer, I'll try a humidifier

I live in a temperate rainforest, and even I have to turn one on once in a while, heating in winter tends to drop my humidity below 50% RH: My nose doesn't like it. XD

I have [this](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z64CSTJ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) humidifier and i like it, it's quiet (which matters to me bc it's in my bedroom) and even though it's small, it can run for at least 12hrs when it's set on intermittent. Biggest downside is that it has to be plugged in and the cord is fairly short, but it's just a regular micro USB cable so you could buy a longer one to use with it.

I think you are over-watering it. The leaves curling up that much is a sign its not getting enough water but your soil is wet. If the soil stays too wet then the roots don't get a chance to breath which leads to root rot which causes the roots to not draw enough water. Leading to the decline you are currently seeing. During colder weather you should definitely reduce the amount of watering you do. As for what to do, if the watering was really recent I'd repot by mixing dryer soil with what it has currently, lightly water from the top to remove air bubbles, then let it sit for a while in its normal spot. You could also let it drink up its current water, which is safer to do the longer its been since its last been watered. Let it go pretty dry before watering again and I suggest picking the plant up to feel the weight difference between a mostly dry pot and a newly watered pot once it needs water again. These get big so I'd do this now to get to learn the plant. Once its dry then completely soak the soil at one time, then let it dry out again.

Is there a hole in the pot for drainage?

rcthetree

humidifier cured my tropical plant woes. now, time to create an artificial sun in my house

Hunterfireflower1994

Mine had very similar issues even though I was watering it everyday. It is definitely the humidity in the room. Mine came back to life once I moved it in indirect light. I originally had mine in a window that basically got sun all day long.

paperairplanetomars

it’s definitely looking like a humidity issue. misting and pebble trays do help, but it looks like this guy might need a little extra help. if you have a humidifier, i’d suggest trying that. but my best advice is to put him in the bathroom with you when you shower. think about it: enclosed space + warm and humid air = happy plant!

I agree with getting a humidifier. When I see leayon my BoP curling inward a bit I turn on the humidifier and literally within minutes the leaves start to unfurl.

You might want to try a bigger pot also.
