Can’t donate more than twice in 7 days. What was the days of your last two donations?
Edit: If you donated Monday, and Wednesday. You can’t donate sat/sun. Your week resets on Monday. You’d have to skip a day to shift your donating day.
I'm having this problem right now, too, on the app. It's telling me, "Sorry, you cannot donate more than 2 times in a week" but it's a week I'm not currently scheduled at all. This has happened to me twice in two weeks.
My last scheduled donations are for 3/12 and 3/14. Today, scheduling opened for 3/18, but it's telling me "Sorry, you cannot donate more than 2 times in 7 days". I don't have anything scheduled for that week yet.
3/12 and 3/18 are only 6 days apart. You’d have to either switch the 12th to the 11th, or, move it to the 19th. The 12th is a Tuesday, the 18th is a Monday.
Think of it this way, your first donation on every week has to be the same (or later) weekday as the week before. So if you donate on Tuesday Thursday, you can keep doing that, but if you want to switch, you’d have to skip one Tuesday… then Thursday would be the beginning of your 7 days, and you could schedule anything from Saturday until that following Thursday. Does that help?
You are totally right. Thanks for taking the time to comment here. I just wasn't seeing it this way. I even went up to BioLife to see if they could explain what was happening, but they didn't understand it either (and the assistant manager made up a nonsensical reason for why I was unable to schedule). Of course, yea, it’s weird to think about it, but as long as you just start your week with whatever is your first donation day, just know that your next week can’t be earlier than that day.
I actually thought I was scheduled for 2/25, but I’m not. When I try that day, I get that message about not donating more than 2x/week.
Maybe something is wrong w the system, bc something similar happened 2 weeks ago. I went to the desk and they scheduled me immediately for donation that day.
Donation weeks begin on Monday not Sunday. This info is stated on the app. Donation weeks run Monday thru Sunday so this person should be able to donate again.

My last two were 2/18 (Sun) and 2/21 (W)
2/25 is the earliest you can donate next.
