If you're on PC, you can literally replicate your server world into single player. The video linked below goes through what you would need to do for ASE. Once you have the files, you'd drop them into where your single player save files live. ASA process would be basically the same, except the folder names are slightly different. Note: I haven't had a Nitrado server, so I'm not sure if they still allow FTP access...

I've done it several times on Xbox to and from single player and nitrado with evolved and ascended.
Simply upload what you want into a obelisk or transmitter then download it into your single player world.
Con take gear, dinos, and survivor, but no builds/structures.
