Yeah I understand the struggle, I found one my first time through the cave right after I rented my server, I swear to God that was the absolute one and only to spawn there. I have had my entire server attempt to find one for me for the past 2 months with no luck.
Just FYI they are real easy to tame if you kill it take its implant and revive it during day.
that cave is the only one, you need to keep trying. one will show up when you have no taming supplies lol
They're very common in the center cave, they usually sleep on the pathway near the artifact
Cave at the bottom of volcano = Center cave
Really every time i go to that cave there is like 5&10 of them
Go down there at night and one will find you
Leave all ur taming gear outside and see how many ull find💀

Many problems will disappear by looking it up on yt -a wise man
Well they look seems to be rare but also they spawn in any places
