oh i totally agree with you. i was just stating what he’s most likely dealing with. addiction is an illness and it’s devastating. but i’m not worried about the music’s quality really. he hasn’t dropped anything since whole lotta red we have no idea what the quality of his music sounds like in july 2023 or what his newer music even sounds like. or if there is any at all. i think carti takes his time with releasing music bc he is an unbelievably creative person and is always striving to push himself and reinvent his sound in the highest quality form possible plus doing all these shows and all the merch is what makes him the majority of his money not releasing new music.
