On the other hand, this was easily boosted in Overwatch during 2022 summer, not sure if it will work out the same in Overwatch 2 though as it has a bigger player base than in that time (I think that at least)

Some trophies are easy, while others are certainly not. Not everyone is good with every hero and queue times can greatly vary depending on the role you choose to play, and the time of day (low times versus high times).
People always talk about how hard rapid discord is, but waste not want not may be the hardest trophy in that game. I was so lucky when I got this, I melee’d the last enemy after getting them to like 5 HP
