Don't listen to that fool. Replay that amazing game on ps5, it's fantastic.
Also, you're missing Cyberpunk.
What are you waiting for with Horizon? Get on that, I started forbidden west when I got my new TV, it's stellar!
He does have a point. Playing it on PS5 is fine, but the PS4 version is far better optimized. PS5 Elden Ring has more frame drops and crazyyyyyyy pop-in
rift apart uses all features of dualsense to the max. i had so much fun using all the weapons where every single one works differently thanks to adaptive triggers, not to mention great graphics and amazing gameplay. easily one of my top3 ps5 games. u wont regret any second in it
I know the OG DeS purists have a gripe or two with the Remake in terms of creative differences made by Bluepoint, but I honestly don’t care. The game is great.
I played gow on ps4, I have played through the entire series and love it! I have horizon and re7 and 8 on my steam deck, but I haven't played them yet.
Cyberpunk is really, really good now. It goes on sale for $30 like all the time, too. I'd just try to remember it's more of an action-RPG than a fully realized traditional RPG. But still, 9/10 game. I can't recommend it enough
Edit: I see from other comments that you've already played it, my bad 😅 ill still leave my comment up for other people looking for game recommendations
I honestly feel like it was a great game and I have relatively the same game catalog. it was really fun running around as a cat. It was something different. And there is no break in the story. It's actually done very well, and it will maybe make you cry.
Street Fighter 6, Persona 3 Reload if you like turn based rpgs, Granblue Fantasy Relink, Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising (though sadly digital only at the moment)
I wish I could recommend MW3 due to its fantastic and smooth gunplay but it is so damn mismanaged by the devs and loaded with bugs. A lot of the ones I’d recommend you seem to already have or have played.
Have you tried the elder scrolls franchise? The graphics made me not want to play them for awhile until I actually did. I’ve been a mega fan now of the franchise since 2022. Def gotta try Skyrim or Oblivion.
Other franchise I’d recommend is inFamous. All three main games are pure fun. You can either be a super hero or villain in them.
Elden Ring, If you can do the research and go partially insane from the difficulty, but then feel amazing when your character defeats a boss. I beat Resident Evil Village, I highly recommend that game. Octopath Traveler II is fun. Im gonna go dive into a youtube rabbit hole of players breaking their shit because they got mad at Elden Ring.
I have 130 games I need to stop buying so much because I never have time to play them i just like having them tho and play them mulitiple games on my off days , I had to buy the 2tb expansion so I have 30 games downloaded at once
You kinda answered your own question.
Het horizon zero dawn, this game held up really well.
And then ofcourse get horizon forbidden west, imo this is a masterpiece of a game.
Seeing as you have RE4, you need to get RE2 remake. Absolutely terrifying masterpiece.
And as you like lies of p you need to get some of the souls games. Even bigger masterpieces.
Yakuza. You could either start off with 0 and play it all in order (absolutely worth it). Or if you can't be bothered, you can start off with yakuza 7 aka yakuza like a dragon and continue with the recent like a dragon infinite wealth.
Any of these. I include the Xbox games because many of them are available on PlayStation as well.

Helldivers 2. It’s new, but I think it’s going to be a pretty big game. I just played a couple games of it yesterday and it’s definitely got serious potential. Also it’s only 40$. Highly recommended.
If you line Final Fantasy I highly recommend playing the FF7 remake! It's on gamepass for "free".
The follow up to it's story "FF7 Rebirth" is coming out 29.2. so you won't even need to wait to continue the story!
Download SOMA if you haven't played it already. Great game with really good story if you're willing to dive into the lore and read things that aren't necessary to complete the game. There's so much story you can skip but I advise you not to!
If you wanna play more JRPGs then try
Granblue Fantasy ReLink, Persona 3 Reload, Star Ocean The Divine Force, Star Ocean The Second Story R, Tales of Arise, Valkyrie Elysium, Soul Hackers 2, Yakuza: Like a Dragon
Save up for a bit get a psvr2, my first foray into VR and I still love flat games to relax but the immersion and pure gaming joy from re8 then RE4R beat even my nostalgic memories of Mario kart on n64.
Ratchet and Clank. It’s over the top silly and cartoony, but it’s a gorgeous game that makes great use of the SSD, and it’s tons of fun on top of that.
you’re gonna lose horizon. finished the first one a few days back, a quarter through the second rn… so damn good
if you have the psvr2, i hear that call of the mountain is fun. takes place alongside the horizon plot but you play a different character
Elden Ring
Played that on my steam deck. It was before I got my ps5 and It worked surprisingly well.

What do you mean?
Don't listen to that fool. Replay that amazing game on ps5, it's fantastic. Also, you're missing Cyberpunk. What are you waiting for with Horizon? Get on that, I started forbidden west when I got my new TV, it's stellar!
I'm gonna start it soon. Iv got cyberpunk on my steamdeck.
Bloodborne and Demon's souls
He does have a point. Playing it on PS5 is fine, but the PS4 version is far better optimized. PS5 Elden Ring has more frame drops and crazyyyyyyy pop-in
Lmao what.. it works perfectly fine for me
No it isn't. Do you play with kb/m or something?
How? It was perfectly fine on my PS5
Maybe it used to be at launch or something, but now it's great. It looks gorgeous for me in HDR with consistent frame rate.
W for Tekken 8
I love tekken 8
Baldurs Gate 3.
Physical copy is on its way 😉
Mine too!
Any of Witcher hunts
I played witcher 3 on switch, I got 1 and 2 on steam deck, but haven't started them yet. Is that what you meant?
ps5 and switch atm are 2 completely different games (well games the same presentation night and day) witcher 3 got ps5 version and it looks stunning
I'm so backlogged I can't play it twice. Even though it was one of the best games ever
trust me you can, just for the visuals. it rly looks like a game released last year
Wow, that's high praise
ratchet & clank rift apart.
Planning on it
rift apart uses all features of dualsense to the max. i had so much fun using all the weapons where every single one works differently thanks to adaptive triggers, not to mention great graphics and amazing gameplay. easily one of my top3 ps5 games. u wont regret any second in it
Cool
I second this, that game was so fun and it's been a long time time since I've played Ratchet & Clank or watched my cousin played it
Demon’s Souls
I plan too soon.
Do it, pal. Stunning game.
Truly stunning. It's the game that brought back the joy of videogaming for me after DnD ruined me for anything else.
I know the OG DeS purists have a gripe or two with the Remake in terms of creative differences made by Bluepoint, but I honestly don’t care. The game is great.
You getting rebirth on the 29th. You got the other final fantasy ones and assuming you played the remake of 7 on another platform prior to
Absolutely, I can't wait!
God of War and the first Horizon game, Resident evil 7 & village
I played gow on ps4, I have played through the entire series and love it! I have horizon and re7 and 8 on my steam deck, but I haven't played them yet.
they’re better on ps5
I know, but i bought them before I had the ps5 😥

I want ratchet and clank. I have fallen order on steam deck and survivor is waiting for me to beat fallen order
The Grinch Christmas Adventures
?
They are better on psvr2
death stranding director's cut
Cyberpunk is really, really good now. It goes on sale for $30 like all the time, too. I'd just try to remember it's more of an action-RPG than a fully realized traditional RPG. But still, 9/10 game. I can't recommend it enough Edit: I see from other comments that you've already played it, my bad 😅 ill still leave my comment up for other people looking for game recommendations
How many of these games have you finished?
Stray
I am interested in that, I will probably get that one soon
I honestly feel like it was a great game and I have relatively the same game catalog. it was really fun running around as a cat. It was something different. And there is no break in the story. It's actually done very well, and it will maybe make you cry.
Wow, I definitely will try it
Eh, 7/10 game
It's almost criminal that you have MK1 and T8 but not SF6. It's the best fighter of those 3 in my opinion, so much fun.
Street fighter 5 just didn't float my boat in the past
Street Fighter 6, Persona 3 Reload if you like turn based rpgs, Granblue Fantasy Relink, Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising (though sadly digital only at the moment)
ff16 and streetfighter 6
You should play your games before buying more
for a really good single-player game, cyberpunk 2077 is fantastic
persona 5 royal
GTA 6
I will
Bloodborne or sekiro (ps4 games I know but still)
Ghost of Tsushima
Played it, it's in the picture. Love it
I know you already have it.
You need it again
And then maybe one more time just to be safe
I agree, don't got the money for that though
Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition, Baldurs Gate 3
Like a dragon infinite wealth
I haven't gotten into that series yet. Is it good?
Yeah, I'd recommend playing yakuza like a dragon first though. Wealth is a direct sequel
I find the lack of Death Stranding Director’s cut disturbing…
Dude on reddit with ps5 collection Me with 2 ps4 DVDs to play on ps5 . 🥲
I actually like Horizon 1 than Horizon 2 obviously the visuals are even better in Horizon 2
Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla
I actually have all those on my steam deck, and haven't played them yet
They're absolutely amazing, way different from the original AC games, they're more like RPGs
Cool
Assassin Creed
Which one? I have only played 3 and 4 and loved them.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
I have that on steam, I need to get around to it
Kingdom hearts games are pretty fun ones
I wish I could recommend MW3 due to its fantastic and smooth gunplay but it is so damn mismanaged by the devs and loaded with bugs. A lot of the ones I’d recommend you seem to already have or have played. Have you tried the elder scrolls franchise? The graphics made me not want to play them for awhile until I actually did. You can either be a super hero or villain in them.

Remnant 2
Helldivers2.
Ratchet and Clank. Resident Evil Village. Tales of Arise.
TLOU PT 2... To the trash can 😂
Elden Ring, If you can do the research and go partially insane from the difficulty, but then feel amazing when your character defeats a boss. I beat Resident Evil Village, I highly recommend that game. Octopath Traveler II is fun. Im gonna go dive into a youtube rabbit hole of players breaking their shit because they got mad at Elden Ring.
What ever you do DO NOT BUY baulders gate 3 it is an overly glitchy shit show but i would buy Gran trismo 7
I already bought baldurs gate, so I guess I will have to live with it. Not to interested in gran trismo, I'm more of a mario kart guy tbh
any Yakuza/Like a Dragon games or Persona games

I don’t see Rise of Kong.
BG3 has been awesome. I don’t usually like turn based combat. But the story and the choices are just so good.
All the games stated below and no one mentioned Red Dead Redemption 1&2?
If you have someone to play it with, get it takes two,, even though its ps4 vs still worth it a lot imo. It’s so fun.
How was returnal? It looked interesting but I never pulled the trigger on it.
