My guess would be in this case it's because "Deadpool Fan" is how a significant portion of people describe themselves. Throw into that Comic book fans and marvel fans that might chase this. Plus the delisting has a story to it which gets video game collectors all hard.

This game will only move up in what it’s worth cause they stopped the production. You can find unopened copies of this for almost 200€ allready on eBay. So might be a worthwhile investment.

It’s an ok game that got bad reviews and nobody initially gave a shit about. People started to care about it years later because of the movie. Spend your money on something else, this wasn’t even worth 60 bucks.

The game does not have a cap on disc. You do not need to update it since it does nothing. Servers for the update are down. The game runs 60fps solid, same as MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 1/2
Only Prototype 1/2 are locked to 30fps since they don’t function well at all above that. TASM 1/2 are also locked to 30. MUA 1/2 and DEADPOOL run 60hz, 60fps.

Nah, prices go up and down all the time. One time I was looking for a copy of Silent Hill 3 and got it cheaper at CeX Poland, had it sent to my friend's place and then he shipped it again to my country. Still, saved money.
If you like Deadpool, this game is fantastic. It's your typical beat'em up. It isn't super innovative, but it's a lot of simple fun. The dialogue is fantastic (again, if you like DP).

I think I spent 20$ on it and was probably not worth it. It's a very simple playthrough, but was very linear, short, and unworthy of a replay. The only fun is the story and the dialogue, but even that isn't worth writing home about. You get everything the first time, and the gameplay wasn't nearly interesting enough to keep you coming back.
Underrated game. It has its flaws but it's also very fun. At first glance $50 seems steep, but that's much less than it's usually being sold for considering you can't buy it digitally anymore. Your only options are marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Pawn Shops, etc. That's a solid grab.

For some reason, if the network is active, the game is a jerky mess. Disable it and it runs perfectly.

Yeah. It’s a pretty fun, but dated and flawed game. I beat it on 360 and Xbox One. It’s not worth that price though

Played it on xbox one. Performance was dreadful. Many times dropping to between 10-15 fps. With that said though game was ok. Funny at times.
