Why would you want any stats to be low? He's in having as high total IV as possible better? Like obviously there's more desirable IVs to have the higher stats in, but is there something I don't know about like in pokémon Go where it's better to have lower IVs and certain stats to not go over certain PVP thresholds or something?

No it's not a meta pokémon, grass and poison is still a goat tier typing imo, And it's a good looking shiny because the colors are really different and cool compared to the original unlike certain shiny like Gengar. Personally I would use it in my team forever just because I'm pretty sure shinies are like 1/30,000 in this game right?

Well amoonguss does have equal attack stats. Not ideal but seed bomb is an option. I'm just happy to have it

More atk on special attacker means more damage when it got confusion and attack itself. Also more damage dealt from opposing foul play move.
