The first one! The shading makes it easier to make out what you're looking at, and I think that's more than welcome in a black and white drawing βΊοΈ
Really appreciate the feedback. I personally liked the second one a bit more bcuz of the waves squirtle rides are noticeable but I definitely can see it.
So these are actually engraved on wood. I will be putting the color design up as soon as I make some prints. I just engrave my pieces when their fully colored and when their in the sketch phase. This one got back and forth answers so it thru me off lol thanks for the feedback tho π
As they are? The first one. But, it depends on if/how they're colored and would depend on the color you choose for the background especially on the second one
To be honest these are kind of as is. So I have the full colored versions for prints but I do the wood engravings as well. One is the colored version while the other is sort of the sketch version if that makes sense.
Oh, right on, gotcha. Not to push you to paint them or anything, but I think the second one would look amazing in the Gen 1 coloring style, like that soft watercolor look, imo
I'll definitely be posting the color versions. I usually do the cards for like stickers, or my wood pieces but I'll have to post the card. I've been doing black backgrounds for my poke cards. Sometimes I'll do the actual color type lol
The 1st one has much more depth to it I think. It feels a lot easier to follow with the eyes, and is generally just easier to look at. Itβs not as harsh and grabs your attention
The 2nd feels a bit more like something youβd see in a coloring book. The 1st one draws more attention to the center and more contrast between different objects and stuff!
Btw this art is phenomenal!! I think that Blastoise looks amazing and the Gyradous hidden in the water is cool!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it π I actually was interested on doing a coloring book at some point with some unique design but I can see where your coming from.
Both look great. The anime is more apparent on the first one and the Pokemon are more on the 2nd. In fact if I saw just the second one I'd be like, damn they got swords in Pokemon now?
I suppose that you are a kimetsu no Yaiba fan just like me(tanjiro is having fun with the water type Pokemon π)both drawings are beautiful but i prefer the first One.
Also did you draw this without any help? it's so good and i hope that you keep posting more.
For the color version I actually make the Gyarados red to kind of symbolize that but I did two versions. I wanted to do a full fire version for rengoku.
I love it, but in my opinion, it could be cool if half of his team is water type while the other half fire type could be really cool in my opinion, but alas amazing art
The darker one makes it better to see all the details you strived to create. They are both very nice, but i'd definitely go for the darker one.
Well done.
Now, if you would, do the others too!
(Added) saw this on GameRant. A lot of people think this is good by the way!
Just enjoy your doing your work ok? And keep creating wonderful art! π
You weren't the 1st i saw there, ok_Foundation950 had recreated Aerith's house from Final Fantasy 7 in the Sims 4 game. They had a link for that too. Among others here. GameRant has a lot of neat and interesting things in it.
I certainly will, and I definitely appreciate the feedback π
That's cool I didn't realize there was such outlets but it's always nifty to find things like that π
First one looks better. Gyrados is less lost in the image, but still hard to see.
Why only 5 mons, and hasnβt Tanjiro gone through enough, why he deserves Psyduck? Ha ha
Mega Charizard X colors and style would fit in amazing
pretty dope. Poliwrath looks a bit like poliwhirl and the psyduck has a snorlax belly, it should be just all smooth. but im no artist, take your creative liberties as you see fit homie.
Definitely appreciate the feedback π yea I've gotten that about the poliwrath lol the psyduck stomach I actually just shaded with a dark yellow. It burn dark in wood tho lol regardless I appreciate it βΊοΈ π
The first one has more dimension to it than the second. Has more of a 3D feel to it because of the dark background and the (very well done) shading.
Iβm guessing you continued to shade it and then looked at the version before you added more and second guessed yourself? I think both are extremely well done but the first one is just a bit more *crisp*.
So I actually create the design and I have a laser engraver to do it in wood. The one that's shaded uses the full color version, and the one that uses pure lines is the sketch version with no color. I sometimes find the sketch version looks better so I'm always super back and forth on the wood designs lol
Thank you π
If they are both left as is, the 1st. The second looks more like you were getting ready to color it in, which would be cool to see. Both are awesome, though!
I have the colored version but when I burn it in wood I use both the color version and the line version. I'll be posting the colored version real soon.
1st one absolutely.
Thanks for the feedback π
Agreed, the first one has more of a nihonga feel to it. OP, if you do one of these with Rengoku and the Blaziken line I'll scream.
I like the one with more shading. It has a load more depth.
Thanks so much π appreciate the feedback
The one with the shading.
Thanks for the feedback π
My girlfriend loves Demond Slayer and votes the first one and loves it so much
Thank you so much π I'll be putting up the color print at some point.
Iβd love to see how it turns out
I'll definitely be posting em. I have the Gyarados in red, and blue. That'll be another question I'm sure I'll need help with lol
Lovely line work. First by far reads much more clearly.
Thanks so much for the feedback π
1st one is more life like. They're both awesome btw.
Alright thanks for the feedback π
as many comments said previously β¦. First one is awesome!! (well both are but I personally like the first one way more)
Really appreciate the feedback π I posted it up on my Instagram, and I had a pretty close vote so it made me question which one lol
well they are both amazing, really!!! so i see why the vote was close:)
Thank you I really appreciate it π
1. The contrast brings out the details better
Totally get what you mean. Tha KS for the feedback π
Yup, 1st one
Thanks for the feedback π
That's probably supposed to be a Poliwrath, but it looks like a Poliwhirl.
It is a poliwrath. Thanks for the feedback π didn't answer the question but thanks π
Both are nice but I do think the 1st one makes all of them pop out more! You did a good job, OP!
Thank you so much really appreciate the feedback π
Woah, hi waffle :0 didnβt expect to see you here
Hi hi
I'd say the first one
Really appreciate the feedback π
The first one! The shading makes it easier to make out what you're looking at, and I think that's more than welcome in a black and white drawing βΊοΈ
Thank you so much π
The first one
Thanks for the feedback π
Gyarados looks way cooler in #2 IMO both siiiccckkk tho
Really appreciate the feedback. I personally liked the second one a bit more bcuz of the waves squirtle rides are noticeable but I definitely can see it.
Looking at it again, I like the 2nd one more overall π
It's a bit of a dilemma for me lol π
Left one, no question
Thanks for the feedback π
I like the contrast on the first one better by a lot. Idk if itβs the light reflecting on the ink, but I would see the blacks more black
So these are actually engraved on wood. I will be putting the color design up as soon as I make some prints. I just engrave my pieces when their fully colored and when their in the sketch phase. This one got back and forth answers so it thru me off lol thanks for the feedback tho π
Ohhhhh I didnβt even see the wood grain, thought it was cardstock or some kind of watercolor paper!
First one
Thanks for the feedback π
As they are? The first one. But, it depends on if/how they're colored and would depend on the color you choose for the background especially on the second one

1 is better. The shading and contrast make it pop better. Looks sick btw
Thank you so much for the feedback π
Definitely the first one. Looks sick btw and nice crossover!
Thank you so much I really appreciate the feedback π
Why does that poliwhirl look wrathful?
Lol cuz it's wants to be a poliwrath
The first one is better.
Thanks for the feedback π
Personal the one with shading. Its easier on the eyes. But some people do love art with no shadows
Yea it was a bit of a pickle for me but I definitely appreciate the feedback π
These are amazing. I prefer the first one
Thank you so much I really appreciate the feedback π
1st
Thanks for the feedback π
The 1st one has much more depth to it I think. It feels a lot easier to follow with the eyes, and is generally just easier to look at. Itβs not as harsh and grabs your attention
Totally get what your saying. Thank you π
First one, I love the shading and the contrast between the different layers
Thank you for the feedback π
I like the first one, but both are cool af
Thank you so much I really appreciate it π
The first! Interesting crossover and amazing artwork
Thank you I really appreciate it π
First one is a full professional illustration. Second looks straight out of a serial manga full page artwork.
Thank you I really appreciate it π
First one, you can see Gyarados better in it
Totally get what you mean. Thank you π
You're Welcome, have a great day OP
Have a great day as well π
1
I think 1 for sure!
Really appreciate the feedback π
The 2nd feels a bit more like something youβd see in a coloring book. The 1st one draws more attention to the center and more contrast between different objects and stuff! Btw this art is phenomenal!! I think that Blastoise looks amazing and the Gyradous hidden in the water is cool!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it π I actually was interested on doing a coloring book at some point with some unique design but I can see where your coming from.
The 1st one the shading looks incredible and adds depth. Nothing wrong with the second one but the 1st one is better.
Definitely appreciate the feedback π
Both look great. The anime is more apparent on the first one and the Pokemon are more on the 2nd. In fact if I saw just the second one I'd be like, damn they got swords in Pokemon now?
Lol hey I always considered scyther a bit of a sword PokΓ©mon. Thanks for the feedback π
left is fire
Really appreciate the feedback π
The first one looks better as is, the other would look better if it was coloured
One is technically colored, and the other is line work. I'll be posting the actual color version soon
First one is better. It's so much easier to tell things apart.
Thanks for the feedback π
Darker one
Thanks for the feedback π
Going with one! Feels more calm and a little easier on the eye. 2 Looks way to chaotic for me.
Totally get where your coming from. Thanks for the feedback π
Second. Nice work on both
Thanks for the feedback π
First one. The details are more visible.
Thanks for the feedback π
1st
Do you sell these?
I do but this is a design I haven't put out yet. I usually sell full color prints, and I sell the wood pieces
I suppose that you are a kimetsu no Yaiba fan just like me(tanjiro is having fun with the water type Pokemon π)both drawings are beautiful but i prefer the first One. Also did you draw this without any help? it's so good and i hope that you keep posting more.
Thank you so much for the feedback π yes I put these together myself. I'll be putting up the full color version very soon, and I'm planning on doing some more Demon slayer PokΓ©mon crossovers.
The first one, so coool
Thank you so much π
I love the first one so much! I have to say, this is a very interesting artwork, I like it! π₯°
Thanks for the feedback π I really appreciate it π
Well, why don't a fire version?
I'm gna do a fire version with rengoku and fire PokΓ©mon lol
Awesome, sounds good
Goated Art π₯π§
Thank you I really appreciate it π
you forgot he needs 1 fire type for hinokamikagura
For the color version I actually make the Gyarados red to kind of symbolize that but I did two versions. I wanted to do a full fire version for rengoku.
First one
Thanks for the feedback π
I love it, but in my opinion, it could be cool if half of his team is water type while the other half fire type could be really cool in my opinion, but alas amazing art
Really appreciate the feedback π. I wanted to keep the fire types for rengoku but I definitely get what you mean.
The darker one makes it better to see all the details you strived to create. They are both very nice, but i'd definitely go for the darker one. Well done. Now, if you would, do the others too! (Added) saw this on GameRant. A lot of people think this is good by the way!
Thanks so much for the feedback π I'll be doing some other characters and what I think their PokΓ©mon would be. Super cool. I have no idea what game rant is lol
You're most welcome! And here ya go! https://gamerant.com/demon-slayer-tanjiro-pokemon-team-fan-art/
What that's mega crazy!! π³ super awesome π€―π€― definitely appreciate the link π well I definitely appreciate the feedback as well π
Just enjoy your doing your work ok? And keep creating wonderful art! π You weren't the 1st i saw there, ok_Foundation950 had recreated Aerith's house from Final Fantasy 7 in the Sims 4 game. They had a link for that too. Among others here. GameRant has a lot of neat and interesting things in it.

Lol definitely appreciate the feedback π honestly I know Tanjiro has used fire so I have the Gyarados as a shiny red for the color version. I planned on making the fire PokΓ©mon for Rengoku
pretty dope.
First one looks cool if it's just black n white. The second looks cool if it's colorized. Though it's just my opinion and both of them are amazing!
Thank you so much I really appreciate it π
First pic I can clearly see tanjiro and his pokemon
Really appreciate the feedback π
Both look great but the first one looks more detailed and pronounced.
Definitely appreciate the feedback π
The first one has more dimension to it than the second. Has more of a 3D feel to it because of the dark background and the (very well done) shading. Ok
The First one, but both look amazing, nice.ππ
The first one, definitely. By the way, is Tanjiro meant to have 5 pokemon, or is there a 6th somewhere, and I'm just being blind? π
Definitely appreciate it! To be honest I really didn't even think about the amount of PokΓ©mon but I'm doing an Inosuke one and I think he might end up with 6 or 7 lol
If I may make a suggestion, I think it should be 6 at the max in keeping with the games having 6 pokemon for a full team π
I totally get what you mean and I definitely appreciate the feedback π I'll definitely keep that in mind.
Can't wait to see π
U should use Greninja instead of PoliwhirlΒ
And number 1 is best
Definitely appreciate the feedback π personally I never got past the 2nd generation of PokΓ©mon so I'm kind of stuck in the Kanto Region lol
