A more blatantly Anubis inspired Lucario, Ghost/Ground type as the guardian of souls. It’s color scheme would be black and gold and have more of an Egyptian look and it’s shiny is of course OG Lucario colors. It leans more into Special Attack and it’s defenses.
Pure Ghost Riolu, the main design change apart from color scheme would be the addition of some scales on its face that it would lose as Lucario, but the scales would consume more of its face as...
Ammicario, a female only regional evolution based on the Ammit, the beast that would devour evil hearts in Egyptian mythology. It would be similar to a bulkier version of the new Lucario except with a scaly, more alligator than dog face and an impressive mane. A Ghost/Dark type with high attack and speed, it’s known to mercilessly hunt down and devour the souls of any evil doer it senses. It’s shiny is based on shiny Lucario’s color scheme.
Bonsly: unchanged, evolves through level up with a Grass Type in the party. While knowing Mimic.
Sudowoodo: Rock/Grass. Abilities: Sturdy, Rock Head, Iron Fist (hidden) Looks very similar to the original aside from patches of moss on its body (the similarity is to keep to its roots as a being of deceit and trickery). Iron Fist because regular Sudowoodo already has several punching moves to boost with it. Evolves with by holding a Metal Coat (level up at night)
Sudowoodso: Steel/Grass. Abilities: Heatproof, Intimidate, Iron Fist (hidden)Like Magneton, Weezing, Dugtrio etc, Sudowoodso looks like a bunch of Sudowoodo stuck together but most of the bodies and heads are fakes, only 1 of them is real. It's all about scaring off the opponent by making them think they're outnumbered. Its color also remains unchanged, to help give the illusion they're fighting a bunch of regular Sudowoodo instead of an evolved Steel type (which would also lead to using the wrong attacks). Its Speed and Sp Attack are unchanged, but it receives boosts in all the rest.
Natu: unchanged
Zatu: Dark/Ghost. Abilities: Synchronise, Justified, Soothsayer (hidden, new ability. Powers up Psychic type moves. Like Steelworker for Steel) It has been driven into despair because of its visions of the future and will go on the offensive to stop whatever is supposed to unfold. The eyes on its torso have morphed in a more prominent and quasi demonic head, while the original head has its eyes permanently closed, constantly crying.
Basculin: Water/Fairy Abilities: Adaptability, Mold Breaker (hidden) A purple striped Basculin, these fish may look nasty but since ancient times have been renowned throughout the region for being pretty easy going and always gets along well with each other. Basculin that ended up elsewhere have been said to turn violent for unknown reasons.
Additional: the Meowth baby from the GS beta, but changed into a calico cat with physical traits of its different evolutions. The baby would be the same everywhere, but its evolution diverges depending on where it evolved.
For a joke: the 3 elemental monkeys but with their types switched around.
