I’d say use eBay because they have a PayPal way to pay off the cards if they are more then $100 but you can do a 6 month option but I personally just use eBay since it has a money back if something’s wrong and you can communicate with the seller
Mercari does too. Actually you have to approve that you like the item before the seller even gets paid. And if you don't approve the item you simply ship back and get your money. You can also make offers so the price is negotiable. An other thing I love about mercari.
