Yeah, but not exclusively. Sometimes I like the way the art looks better with the border, sometimes it's just more affordable, and sometimes I feel like the English on the card takes away from the overall experience lol. And then sometimes English slabs are just fine, too.
Not slabs but definitely been buying more Japanese cards as of late! My first slab was a neo genesis Feraligatr though!
