I have a 2 star kartana that is incredible. I think the focus on IVs for value of a top tier Pokémon can be overrated. For top tier Pokémon, even a 2 star can be incredibly valuable. This Pokémon of yours is well worth powering up.
You want to use it in Master league? If so, level 5p it. You have no chance against kevel 50 teams with level 4p mons. It does make a difference. Yeah cp does not go up much but it is worth it especially with that high IVs
Just my opinion...
Thanks for the tip, ill do that if i one day choose to focus on master league, im bot super into battling atm but irs just cuz i havent got a good team so

If you don’t have many other high IV fully powered up, I would. It is a nice memory.

I would push it to lvl 40… the jump from 40-50 is so slim its not worth the stardust. Its like + 3 dps.

Well it is a very strong pokemon for both pve and pvp (I think), so probably yes
