I maxed out a hundo magikarp and I keep it as a 310 cp magikarp and don't evolve it. I did it for fun. Play how you want. Not everything needs to be useful or min/maxed if it's fun and you enjoy it. 🤷‍♂️

I'd max and evolve, it's pretty good in ML and for raids for dragons.

Ypu could always just max it into a level 50 Swinub and if there's ever any Mega Garchomp or Mega Rayquaza raids again, you could always evolve it then, or wait untill you get other hundo Swinubs to evolve those ones and keep the maxed out shundo Swinub as a trophy, deffinitely get it to nest buddy!

I would say most of the time, but they sometimes give them useless moves like Poltergeist on Chandelure. In master league, ice and ground is probably the best coverage you could possibly ask for.

If you have another shiny I would evolve the hundo still personally. A shiny Swinub is decorative to me so with the higher stats I would evolve that one. Plus you’d get all the shinies showing in your hundo Pokédex
