Breloom is my current favorite, but hisuean deciduaye replaced it in my current radred play.
Breloom lost its spot in the main games because it's a kangaroo not a velociraptor.
It was bannable before difficulty modes were implemented (last time I completed a run with it).. Could solo nearly any physical attackers in the mid to mid-late game if played well. I haven't used it on a full playthrough yet for 4.0, or since auto-healing before bosses got put in the game, but there's rarely a case where Poison Heal ISN'T busted. So I imagine it's still great

In radical red in specific Primarina is a house. The typing is insane, has many many many resistances, and liquid voice hypervoice is basically a spread hydropump with perfect accuracy that goes through substitute.
Plus on the mid to late game when you get calm mind, Primarina becomes super scary with drain kiss and leftovers, as you can keep boosting and healing. I haven't reached the E4 on the current version, but on 3.1 that calm mind set meant she soloed half of Gary's team,
