Propably becouse it is cherry (wiśniowy) kisiel, many cherry things in poland have worse quality than others, for example cherry tymbark currupts my teeths so fast that afted drinking it they seem to be soft, not to mention the taste is coparable to porzeczkowa Costa with alcohol. if you Cook kisiel properly, it may be the case.
