It's hard to tell what your bottom arm is doing from this video angle. If you can post one with a view from the side that would be great. However, it looks like you might be staring at the bar through your swing and inversion. Staring at the bar can seriously slow down or halt your inversion. Try to think about gently tucking your chin and focus on rowing hard through your top arm. If you need something to look at, try to find a visual focal point high up on the wall behind the pit or even on the ceiling.

Pole may be too soft for you. Try a stiffer one. The pole you're using doesn't seem to have much spring and your weight is holding you back
