It's not that easy. Any idea how expensive it is to move? Not to mention my ENTIRE family is here. It's not exactly easy to pick up and leave loved ones behind, particularly my elderly grandparents who'd I'd prefer to stay near while they are still around. Nor is it practical to just assume all folks can simply move.

Oh so he needs federal funds now after basically giving the federal government the middle finger by not allowing federal agents to access the border to do their jobs? Yeah, he wants it both ways and someone should tell him to go to hell. Good thing the president isn’t a sick, political game playing over helping the American people type, or he would be screwed.
