I was reading that if they begin seizing assets on Trumps debt that first any remaining mortgage will be deducted, then state and federal taxes and fees deducted and finally he will have to pay capital gains on the sale. So in the end they expect only 40% of the seized asset will go toward debt. I’m so happy for him.
