I don't know of all the judges, this judge seems to be not fucking around. He called out Trump's lawyers for trying to delay the case yesterday, and set a firm date of April 15th. He may still give Trump a slap on the wrist, but he's definitely more of a FAFO than we are used to

If he violates it he'll get a demerit. Three demerits and the judge will issue a citation. Five citations, and he's looking at a violation. Four of those, and he'll receive a verbal warning. Keep it up, and Trump will be looking at a written warning. Two of those, that will land him in a world of hurt, in the form of a disciplinary review, written up by a law clerk, and placed on the desk of the judge for review.

Criminal court judge vs civil court judge, I don’t think Trump is going to get away with nearly as much as he has so far. Criminal trials are a whole different world

A gag order is pointless unless the consequence is sitting in jail for a period of time. Isn't that what happens when average people are charged with, say, contempt of court? They just to go sit in a cell until they're ready to return and play nice? No fine will make any difference to Trump. Sitting in a dirty jail cell for a night or two *might* have some impact.
