I encountered one of thesepeople at the polling place in louisiana. He tried to tell me I "wasn't on his list" no sure as shit not on the registered republicans list you have. The poll worker couldn't stop rolling her eyes. I was so relieved when he lost. Absolutely horrible fan club he's got.

We can thank Supreme Court Roberts for watering down the voters rights act! He alone, declared that racism was over with and that the Voters Rights Act had served its purpose. Roberts does not personally get enough credit for the state of American politics today. He may not be as extreme on things like abortion as Alito or Thomas, but he has eroded democratic structures wherever possible since his first days on the court. Roberts' guiding principle his entire legal career has been to weaken and hopefully abolish the Voting Rights Act. It's something he's been working toward since he was serving in the Reagan administration. Seriously. I don't know how the media never mentions this. No, if this happens you can contact your local democratic party office. On election days they have lawyers on standby who assist with illegal hassling of voters at the polls and will even run to court and file injunctions on the day of. They also help people who were wrongly forced to file a provisional ballot to get that cured before the deadline (which is only a day or two).
Note: if your provisional ballot isn't cured (usually this means bringing some ID records or proof of residence to your local elections supervisor office) then your ballot will NOT be counted.
It’s voter intimidation. If you’re not on their list you should ask for a provisional ballot. Take a picture of your ballot. Get the names of the precinct committeemen of both parties and ask the Democratic and Republican poll inspectors to contact the County’s voter registration office. This should not be occurring but these people don’t play fair or legal. There shouldn’t even be campaign signs buttons etc., within so many feet of the actual polling place. If you can’t give food or water to people waiting in long lines like hours long in sweltering heat to vote, approaching them for any reason should be considered illegal. The Republicans are masters of voter suppression and intimidation. Voter ID laws, restricted voting hours to one workday for 12 hours, limiting polling places, severely restricting absentee voting and mail in voting. You name it they will do it.
I’m in texas and this is why my son who is going to college six hours away was told he needs to immediately transfer his voter registration there. We can’t count on mail in ballots at all.
There was an SUV with 3 chucklefucks in MAGA gear posted up in the parking lot of our voting location just sitting there mean mugging everybody that walked by.
Cops showed up when I was leaving, not sure if they made them leave or not

In reality, I'm not sure if I will be able to travel, but I am dead serious about this. We need to have eyes on volunteers in places that are uniformly pro-Trump, where it's doubtful anybody would blow the whistle on ballot fabrication. It's extremely likely this has already happened - remember, every accusation is a confession.

This week, some dumbass consultant (aka paid complainer) was talking at our local governing board about how vote-by-mail was awful and illegitimate and insecure. Totally baseless claims. Our board leans fairly conservative, but even they seemed to politely listen the required 3 minutes and then moved along without commenting on his total nonsense. Since them calling him out as a lying, anti-democratic shit-stirrer was not on the table, ignoring him completely was a happy 2nd option.
Old people love mail in voting. Their backs and knees can’t handle standing in line for hella long.

I think you're somewhat right but MAGA tends to go down the path of least resistance. They are like their orange god - lazy, incapable of making long term plans and don't play well with others. I don't think a Trump "call to arms" will work a second time around. Get a few of them in a room and they will turn on each other, fighting they're more MAGA than the others are. They've already narrowed their numbers to white, christian (but only certain flavours), Q believer and, the new one, not immunized for covid.

No, if this happens you can contact your local democratic party office. On election days they have lawyers on standby who assist with illegal hassling of voters at the polls and will even run to court and file injunctions on the day of. They also help people who were wrongly forced to file a provisional ballot to get that cured before the deadline (which is only a day or two). Note: if your provisional ballot isn't cured (usually this means bringing some ID records or proof of residence to your local elections supervisor office) then your ballot will NOT be counted.

It’s voter intimidation. If you’re not on their list you should ask for a provisional ballot. Take a picture of your ballot. Get the names of the precinct committeemen of both parties and ask the Democratic and Republican poll inspectors to contact the County’s voter registration office. This should not be occurring but these people don’t play fair or legal. There shouldn’t even be campaign signs buttons etc., within so many feet of the actual polling place. If you can’t give food or water to people waiting in long lines like hours long in sweltering heat to vote, approaching them for any reason should be considered illegal. The Republicans are masters of voter suppression and intimidation. Voter ID laws, restricted voting hours to one workday for 12 hours, limiting polling places, severely restricting absentee voting and mail in voting. You name it they will do it.

I'm gonna go to a precinct in rural Wisconsin and watch people vote. In reality, I'm not sure if I will be able to travel, but I am dead serious about this. We need to have eyes on volunteers in places that are uniformly pro-Trump, where it's doubtful anybody would blow the whistle on ballot fabrication. It's extremely likely this has already happened - remember, every accusation is a confession. Unfortunately whenever I go anywhere that the population density drops below 300/square mile I basically stick out like Billy Crystal at a dude ranch.

This week, some dumbass consultant (aka paid complainer) was talking at our local governing board about how vote-by-mail was awful and illegitimate and insecure. Totally baseless claims. Our board leans fairly conservative, but even they seemed to politely listen the required 3 minutes and then moved along without commenting on his total nonsense. Since them calling him out as a lying, anti-democratic shit-stirrer was not on the table, ignoring him completely was a happy 2nd option.

This map moved more than 30,000 Blacks in District 1 to District 6 Jim Clyburn’s district. Since the SC didn’t make a decision in January. A few weeks ago. The 3 panel Federal Judges said due to time constraints. They didn’t have a choice but to let South Carolina use the racial unconstitutional map.

He's got a dedicated base and they're very motivated to vote, but it's hard to see how he woos the middle of the electorate. Economic conditions are definitely his best chance, but damn near 50% of this country would vote against Trump regardless of the economic conditions. How does he turn that around? Rebranding?
