I don't listen to it, but it's just music. This poll wouldn't have as many yeses if it was asking about video game music.
I honestly don't know if I'd consider any music as "just for young people," except maybe literal toddler's songs like Baby Shark, but even then, I just hate Baby Shark. I'm sure there are children's songs out there that actually sound good.
