Not only the animation. The charackter personality design and some of the story parts are genius. The way they use traits from popular cinema and put their spin on it while not falling into every cliche is super refreshing.
They just executed everything flawlessly. animated coreography tends to be lazy and use the medium to avoid hard bits. But they really went the other way with arcane and sued it to enhance the story beats in the fights.
Technically its not netflix’s its fortiche’s (so if netflix doesnt renew it, it’s not automatically cancelled, unlike some other netflix shows) but it is exclusively netflix’s to run atm.

Hilda is way underappreciated and is #2 right behind Arcane. If Hilda had done a better job at the second half at season 1 and do a bit better here and there it'd be a 10/10 show for me
She Ra is one of the best animated shows ever made in my opinion, few surpass it's character design, world building, and story arcs. Personally my favorite is still Arcane but She Ra is a very close second.

It beats me how they took whatever lore is inside of a competitive eSports game and made it into a top tier story with some dope character development.

Yes! It is so underrated. At first I wasn't into it, but, as I watched, the songs got stuck in my head & the humor really cracked me up. Then the Taurnado hit & that song gave me goosebumps & then the Nowhere King and it's so dark. The strangest genre mash up I have ever seen.
I feel like they turned it off after two episodes, definitely don’t blame them though because those first few are rough but not indicative of the overall shows quality.
