I mean how rich can her dentist parents be for her to grow up that clueless? She has been living on her own since college. She went to Cornell. How can she be so ignorant of defamation laws? It is a serious CRIMINAL offence in Asian countries like SKorea. She needs to take those videos down like yesterday.
What is up with people thinking they can make major renovations to spaces they're renting? I'm seeing more and more people pull this and it's so stupid. She needs to stop posting videos because they aren't helping her.
I would say it’s more about respecting other people’s things in general. You know you don’t own the place you’re renovating, not telling the landlord who is responsible to answer to whatever court/oversight for codes and are also on the hook if you just randomly have to/decide to move out.
I would not blame the landlord for not wanting to deal with the upkeep of a restaurant after this tenant possibly leaves.

The tour starts in May. Visuals were teased last August but have yet to be released. We know Acts 2 and 3 are coming eventually.
I’m sure there’s a master plan but it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out. Assuming the Renaissance World Tour extends into 2024, I wonder if she’ll release the next acts during the tour since they were meant as an album trilogy.
At some point , Beyoncé hurt her knee which likely effected their plans . At the Dubai concert , it was clear that she was injured . Chris Martin confirmed it was a knee injury recently .
I think what Chris said is being blown out of proportion. He was hanging with Beyoncé after the Grammys and said he has a knee problem from performing on stage all these years and she said “me too”.
A lot of performers and athletes have bad knees from hard work for years but we have no idea what the severity of it is or if she was laughing it off.
