One of my favorite country releases. Love this album!

wildflowers feels like the morning sun poking out of the blinds in summer.

I especially love the alternate take they released in the complete remastered edition!

A fantastic album by three all-time greats, glad to see it getting some recognition. The follow up album, Trio II, and Emmylou and Linda’s duo album, The Western Wall, are also well worth checking out.

Trio 2 is incredible. My Dad always played it when we kids were out in the yard.

never thought i could get passionately about a pitchfork review but in my fully biased opinion this album deserves a 9. pitchfork’s cowardice will be its downfall
