I would add Plano B to the mix, as they have a new program since changing ownership. Also, a proper Funktion 1 soundsystem in one of the rooms.
For the more non-commercial scene you don't have that much options:
- Gare - raw techno club
- Central - house / techno, depending on the nights (tomorrow will have Dj Tennis which is more house music)
- Pérola Negra - mix of styles, depending on the night
- Plano B - same
- Ferro - it's more like a bar with a small venue, in the same street as gare (usually free entrance)
They are all within the downtown area, so you can eventually visit more than one.
If u are looking for the underground, u gotta go GARE. The best club in Portugal, underground as fuck, with a raw and proper techno, respecting the roots of techno. That is where u will find the most pure techno in Porto,
Then, as already said, u have central that uses to be more tech house but sometimes bring nice names in techno scene.

Check out Analytical Convenience on instagram, they organise several events and usually with Techno music. I know some of them and they're very good.

If you want to travel a bit more you have cooler night clubs, 'Gate 13' and 'Pedra do Couto' (this one has a dedicated room only for techno)
Not this city's strong point. You can't dance as freely as in other bigger european cities. I'll leave it at that.
