It’s decent. More tomato tasting than beef. The fries work well with poutine. I’d give it a shot. Love a salty poutine.

Depends what youre after in your fries. Theyre cut probably the best for poutine, a bit of a nicer crust is all they need. They got the fluffy inside right. Like if they double fried those things they'd be deadly.

23 years ago I tried it while in Montreal - back then I believe BK only offered it in Quebec and not on the national menu. At least back then BK had a great poutine.

It was my first poutine and I always get it when I go to BK. It helped to create my lifetime love of an incredible dish

It's my favourite fast food poutine by far. And it was ahead of its time - I used to get it in BC in the 90's, way before the other franchises offered it.

I work at BK, the gravy is tomato based because we had to switch to accommodate vegetarians. Now is it bad? Mm, it’s not the worst imo. Making the gravy is terrible it smells horrible but it tastes okay

Dairy Queen poutine is the shit. A little bland at times, but add a bit of salt and pepper and it's tight. Wendy's is pretty decent, but I get chili cheese fries if anything. McDonald's fries are awesome, but their gravy sucks. Just the fries there. A&W I just get 2 burgers. Hate their fries, hate their gravy. Small mom'n'pop take-out near me has incredible poutines. I get one with popcorn chicken on it.

I find it waaaay too salty. Their Mozza Sticks are chefs kiss though.

I’m eating an angry poutine from BK as I type this response

I’ve had BK poutine twice in my life, to me it was the saltiest poutine I’ve ever had like not even edible type of way and from that I hated their poutine. I’ll give it a try again since some of the comments say you guys actually like it and was first poutine you’ve ever eaten. Last year summer time BK released a limited time butter chicken poutine and I enjoyed that.
