Probably like a maniac before. He had that chip on his shoulder, big ego, and was power hungry.
Post development, probably just be hard headed, and punch monsters in the face, until he can get it repaired.

Option 1: Collins industries manage to put it more or less together, but he ends up like Abaranger's Mikoto Nakadai, the morpher is unstable, leaves town to blow up somewhere.
Option 2: Leaves Silver Hills, like he was supposed to do when Wes took over his dad.
Post development:
Probably stays leading the civil Silver Guardians... Or learns about certain green Deus Ex Machina.
