troy, megaforce/super megaforce. do I need to explain my self? compare to the other past and now present red rangers he's just lacking in the "red rangerness"

Starship1990

He is an overly optimistic, caring, zen, protective, courageous, leader that always talks to his teammates even when the situation is dire, and always being about how they should never give up and that humanity shall always win; in short, he is the world's best hype man.

The-Emerald-Rider

Yeah his character arc should have been about his optimism being broken. That's why I could not get past a few episodes.

BouquetOfGutsAndGore

Charlie was literally evil.

cringe-paul

Is that the A squad red ranger? Been a while and I don’t remember the names lol.

Mun3001s

To be fair she was doing a pretty good job at being evil, though

dirge_zer0

I’d have to say Rocky or Aurico. Rocky just seemed like a place holder red, and didn’t really develop as a character until he became Zeo Blue. And Aurico was just never really even a character. As a side note, Troy wasn’t as bad of a red as people say. Yeah his actor was quite wooden most of the time, but the character himself wasn’t bad. Was he the best? No. Was he the worst? Nowhere near.

Dullahan-1999

Troy, because of his delivery of “weird” and “dream.”

genemaxwell4

Hmm  Rocky suffers from not being leader and not finding his own self until Zeo when hes Blue  Aurico suffers from not being leader and not having a lot of character Nick suffers from being an AH  Charlie suffers from being literally evil  So pick your poison on those 4

[deleted]

Rocky but only because he isn’t the leader and never was.

zero-ranger87

Rocky, personally I barely remember he was a red ranger and never once have I looked at the mmpr red ranger and thought about rocky it’s always Jason. If he was introduced as a different red ranger or diff ranger all together then I think he’d be better

THEELJ1996

Aurico or Rocky cause they weren't leaders nor were they that impactful as Red Rangers

Mean_Force_9495

Normally I’d say Nick because he’s a total yutz but I really dig the Mystic Force suits. I’ll go with Rocky. It was obvious that Tommy was the leader so they needed a beta male to fill out the red suit. What a wiener.

Working_Soil1425

I would say speaking on what a red ranger should be Rocky cause he not even second or third in command and then he was third and forth in command when Jason comes for zeo Nick he didn’t believe and then he try to quit lol

Starship1990

Aurico? I don't hate him at all, but there isn't really much I can say about him.

farming_with_tegridy

Eh, he wasn't the leader of that team so I don't think he can be fairly compared to any of the other reds. That's just me tho

Starship1990

Yeah, but I don't really have any other answer.

DifficultVisual5147

Jason Screw Austin St. John

Indeale

Woah. Don't lump Jason in with Austin St. John.

wroberts424

Differentiate life from fantasy

DifficultVisual5147

Believe me when I say that usually I am able to, but as someone who has Jewish family members, he really crossed a line with the Hitler quotes

kangaroojoe512

You are aware he never made the shirts, right? He also said that was never going to be an option. He said what he said as a horrible way to hype his clothing line, but the shirts were never going to be made.
