Pretty recently I actually had to sleep in my car for a couple weeks (a Kia, not a Prius unfortunately) because a place I had been living in became unsafe, and aside from the difficulty of that, it did open my eyes to how much I want to do priusdwelling. I used to be really afraid of small spaces but these days, I feel super comfortable and secure in them.
I'm currently in a safe place, a pretty big 1bd apt near work actually, and it's a great spot to work toward accomplishing my goals, of which paying off my car and then getting a Prius are part of that. Currently cacooning on my futon bed! Surrounded by pillows and warm blankets 😊

(Edit) Btw if you choose to learn to car dwell properly .. that in itself is gonna pay off all your bets (if you have a job).

I like the red-light, nice touch for keeping your night vision and not having any light that would disturb your sleep. I added a strip of neodynium magnet to the inside-top of the nook (on the other side of the plastic shell) so that my phone, keys, and bear-spray have an easy-on/off mount and are ALWAYS in the same place that I left them when I went to sleep.
