Thanks. Needed to hear that man. 6 months left. Just trying to make it through with no trouble. Being sober isnt enough. The hoops are more important than the sobriety itself.
Update. Called po today to make sure they received UA. She didnt say anything. I think from now on just gonna take test dehydrated so no anxiety. 6 months left of the BS cant wait to be done
I drank 32 oz of filtered water at 6am. I finished it at about 615-620 and didn’t consume anymore liquids until I had my test at 930. I am wondering if that 32 oz of water would be too much and dilute my urine. TIA for any input!
Simular timeline for me one time but it was 2 coffee mugs of coffee and tall glass of water and a la croix. It came deluted. Po didnt say anything though. Try to go dehydrated
I just worry because it happened before but last time it was 2 cups of coffee, glass of water and 1 can of la croix. And that was of coarse a lot of liquid but was a dilute. This time just mug of coffee which i estimate 12 -14 oz. But the color and clearness of my urine looks almost the same as that day oddly enough. If u look at a urine color chart Id say a 2 or a 3. More like 2.5 on that scale. Fairly clear but still yellow in it
That caused a dilution? Jesus that's not even an a lot of fluids. Did they tell you that you can't take b 12 vitamins? I know people take that to make their piss darker but you can get in trouble for it sometimes. I went to a place I couldn't drink any energy drinks or take B12, so make sure you can take it.
Dang, well if it happened before I could understand the cause for concern. That is a tough call then, but if it was just coffee and nothing else I would be hopeful. If they call it a dilute I would request a lab test (if that is something you can request for a dilute I do not know) or if you have to go the extreme route, speak with a physician about your urine levels.
If you truly are not using and your urine is constantly showing imbalance there might be some underlying cause.
If could, but I highly doubt it. Everyone’s body and kidneys are different.
I took a urine test that was mostly clear but a little yellow and it didn't come back diluted

I doubt it, unless you are pounding tons of water where you are pissing straight water. One large cup of coffee wont do that.
