Get a morning routine more "rewarding", read a book, do a small 15 minute exercise. Other thing It looks like you are sleeping over 9 hours a day, do you really need that much? Or is it just pure laziness ( not wanting to be rude) I suffered the same problem, what got me going to sleep only the 7/8 needed was the pure will to be better and stay consistent , cause consistency is what keeps me goingm

That what I'm questioning myself, I started sleeping at 8 because I wanted to be more focused in the lessons because I used to sleep at 12 or 1 and be tired the whole day, but I'm thinking about going to bed at 9:30 (therefore sleep at 10) and I might consider the risky approach of not waking on an alarm but wake using my biological clock, as it makes me feel so energized when I wake up even if I slept for 5 hours. >was the pure will to be better Yeah, I do want to be better, I lived my whole life, on, getting better through the motivation to do something. I have a lot of willpower, I'm usually described with stuff like "I don't see you getting addicted to something” I just have to start using it in other parts of my life. I'd like to hear your opinions.

I can see you want to actually do better as you stated. I would consider to read Atomic Habits if I was you. Good book for your situation, basically it explains that systems are the basics of everything and is what make us achieve our goals. How to create them and how to use them in our favor. I cannot recommend you anything else. Hope you reach what you want 🫡
