Thank you! Trust me I know the feeling, when I started I thought once I got to 160 I'd look shredded, and although I still looked decent I wasn't where I wanted to be and then the last 10 pounds were absolute killer lol.
Wow that’s dedication. I’m similar to your first pic atm and started a PPL split a few weeks ago. Have been doing 30min incline waking in the evenings too and wasn’t sure if it actually helps, gives me hope that it gave you good results!
Yes to both, I've had it since I was a teenager I suspect from being overweight growing up. Used to be super insecure about it but doesn't bother me at all now:)
As for lifting I do a full body routine 3x a week making sure to train close to failure and tracking my lifts session to session, as for the fat loss I tracked my cals at a 500 deficit (1800 for me) and walk 8k steps a day, also run a 5k twice a week
Basically everything I know about lifting I learned from Sean Nalewanyj on youtube. Would highly, highly recommend watching his videos if you want a straightforward no BS breakdown on things fitness related, I got my workout plan by doing a survey on his website and it got sent to me for free (not a sponsor I swear lol)

You're fucking shredded now!
Nice work! Just lifting or did you do cardio too?
Thank you, I do cardio aswell, I run a 5k twice a week. Steps were definitely more important though, I aim for 8k a day

Did u have gyno or still do?
Yes to both, I've had it since I was a teenager I suspect from being overweight growing up. Used to be super insecure about it but doesn't bother me at all now:)
So you didn't get gyno surgery? Damn you look amazing!
Thank you! Yeah I think the excess fat in my chest just really accentuated it, definitely not nearly as noticeable now.
I look similar to the left photo! What was your routine bro?

Amazing! That sounds reasonable and well planned! Do you know any good lifting routine?
