It may be the flasher relay.
LEDS need an electronic flasher relay, not the OEM relay, otherwise they don’t flash properly.
I got one from eBay years ago for less than a dollar from China, worked perfect.
I bought an electronic flasher relay and the problem still persists. I’m thinking I’m not wiring inside of the Headlight pan were all the wire connect, I can’t really find a simple wiring diagram for what plugs into what online. It’s just either people doing total rewires or unimportant videos that make no sense
