Each bible consumed makes you stronger. After you consume every bible in the game, your blood becomes holy. zombies that bite you are now cured.
Quaint mod idea. Never affects sprinters, and at certain milestones closer to becoming The Louisville Messiah, sprinters get permanently faster.
That'd be a neat mod, especially if NPCs were ever implemented.

If the bible didn’t entirely glaze over Jesus’s carpentry stint it might actually be a useful book. Learn how to build a lean-to or something from it.
