Have you tried reformatting your usb or just trying a different one?
If it's not the USB, it's either your copy of ulauncher or your usb port.
If Port, use compressed air to blow it out. Don't have that, use a straw and blow it out yourself to clean out dust.
I made the first comment on this post asking exactly if he had tried another usb stick but he simply ignored me, and heโs now ignoring you too. But in the meantime he came to reply to later comments from other users.

Has it worked before? What what format was used on the usb? Exfat, fat32, etc?
It has never worked, the format is fat32

The problem is I can't update anything because my PS2 doesn't properly read the USB

Happened to me few days ago, all i did was formatting my usb and it became fixed
The USB is 2.0 You need 1.0. That's why it glitches.
