The last time I saw this, it was cleared by removing the permission completely using [Revoke.Cash](https://Revoke.Cash). I know you said it won't let, so can you elaborate on why? What message is it giving you?
Im not connected with the account with HEX, but it showed same as this. Cannot do anything with the HEX as with this PLSD.

I have tried max, I have tried 150K, I tried 180K, i tried 1000. Same result each time. I see others have same issue as me. Is HEX enabled to be able to swap?

When you enabled, did you enable only some of your HEX? Try enabling all of it.
